Yakushiji Ryōko no Kaiki Jikenbo is about Ryōko Yakushiji, a Superintendent in the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department and a multilingual person. She works with Junichirō Izumida to investigate case with has got character supernatural, paranormal events that get involved in criminal cases. Ryōko works with her colleagues and subordinates. She has her rival Yukiko Muromachi. Ryōko own JACES security forces personnel and she has got her personal maids Lucienne and Marianne to resolve the cases before they go out of hand.
